Application Procedure
STEP 1
Complete our application form and submit related documents and wait for the response from GEA (within 2 business days).
STEP 2
After an e-mail reply saying that the application is successful, submit your application fee.
STEP 3
Receive a conditional offer from GEA as well as an invoice for your tuition.
STEP 4
Once your tuition is paid, you will receive an official Letter of Acceptance from GEA.
STEP 5
Use GEA letter of acceptance to apply for a study permit, and then make plans to come to Canada to begin your study at GEA!
Notes:
1. Placement Tests
All applicants are required to take GEA’s placement tests to give teachers a quick way of assessing the approximate level of a student’s knowledge of English and Maths.
2. Refund Policy
One may request a refund if his or her study permit application is not successful. To request a refund, one must provide the following documents:
Refund Application Letter signed by student
Letter of Refusal issued by the Embassy of Canada
Original Letter of Acceptance and receipts from GEA
