Take entrance exam

Submit transcripts & enrollment verification in English or in original notarized form

STEP 4

GEA issues pre-admission offer & payment invoice

STEP 5

Pay registration fee and tuition fee

STEP 6

Issue formal admission letter and tuition fee receipt

STEP 7

Submit documents for visa application

STEP 8

Provide airport pick-up and accommodation arrangements

STEP 9

Attend the orientation session and start high school life in Canada

Notes:

Refund Policy

One may request a refund if his or her study permit application is not successful. To request a refund, one must provide the following documents:

  • Refund Application Letter signed by student

  • Letter of Refusal issued by the Embassy of Canada

  • Original Letter of Acceptance and receipts from GEA

*Please note that the application fee is non-refundable.
